Location: Irvine, CA

We're seeking a hands-on Assembly Technician to join a small, fast-moving team building mechanical "toaster-style" medical devices-larger components with plug-and-play assembly. No cable splicing, no catheters, and no tubing.

What You'll Do

• Perform mechanical assembly on mid-sized electro-mechanical devices
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues independently
• Use basic Excel skills to accurately enter and transfer data
• Collaborate effectively within a small, self-sufficient production team

What We're Looking For

• 1-5 years of assembly experience (CGMP preferred; medical device not required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude; backgrounds in automotive, aerospace, engineering, or mechanical assembly are ideal
• Computer literate with the ability to complete data entry in Excel
• Ability to troubleshoot using error messages and logical problem-solving
• Bonus if familiar with tools such as multimeters, torque drivers, pipettes, light meters, temperature data loggers, laser collimation tools, oscilloscopes, or ESD equipment
